3. Do you have to give us your data?
The form fields not marked “optional” are needed for us to reply: without them, we cannot. No other data is needed to visit the site.
4. Who receives the data
The data is received only by authorised people at EE Partner and by:
- suppliers working for us as processors, under a contract pursuant to Article 28 GDPR: Vercel Inc. (United States), which hosts the site and runs the sending of the form, and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, for email and the calendar (Microsoft 365), through which we receive form messages, reply and schedule the calls booked on the site;
- as independent controllers and only when needed, our accountant and our legal advisers, for clients, and public authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell or disclose the data.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Vercel Inc. is based in the United States: the transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision for companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, in addition, on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission. The function that sends the form runs in a data centre in Frankfurt. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards using the contacts in point 1.
6. Automated decisions
We take no decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
7. Data entrusted to us by clients
Documents and data a client entrusts to us for an engagement are not governed by this notice, but by the contract, the confidentiality agreements and, where they contain personal data, the act appointing us as processor, signed before we receive them.
8. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its use and receive it in a machine-readable format. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. We reply within one month, which may become three for complex requests, in which case we tell you. Use the contacts in point 1.
9. Complaints
If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
11. Changes
If we change this notice, we publish the new version here with its date. Earlier versions are available on request.
